Metal working Engraving This kind of process involves the use of burins to engrave different types of materials, realizing writing or sketches that would be coloured afterwards. This tecnique is used to realized plaques and panels where duration and resistance to environmental factors need to be a fundamental feature of the product. Milling This process consists in the removal of material from a workpiece and it is performed with CNC milling machine with 4 or more axes. This tecnique is used to obtain dedicated compartments.

Membrane keyboards Our membrane keyboards are realized with the highest care during each production phase, adopting the newest tecniques both in graphic and electronic phase; our keyboards are also customizable according to every needing. Some examples of customization: FR4 RIGID MEMBRANE KEYBOARD It has the same characteristics of standard membrane keyboard; thickness from 0,8 to 3,2 mm.Finishing: HAL/GOLDEN/GRAPHITE. Where there is a requirement of assemble pieces directly on the keyboard (as terminals, display, resistors etc), it is written.

Digital printing Digital printing is a computerized printing process consisting in sending digital files to the printer, which prints directly on the chosen surface. With digital printing you can realize signs (also adhesive), billboards, posters, panels and banners. Seritarghe, always with an eye on technology evolution, has been using this tecnique ever since the appearance of the first printers; thanks to its experience and continous investments, it is also able to evaluate and suggest which digital tecnique is worth using, based on the surface. The company owns digital printers with solvent based inks, water based inks and UV led, to print both on a flexible or on a rigid surface, so to have the best and most long-lasting graphic result.

Passivation Passivation is an electrochemical process which confers to aluminium a thin protective layer against environmental factors, keeping intact its high electrical conductivity. Also it represents a necessary support to guarantee the cohesion to the metal of further finishing layers, such as varnish or colours. We realize two types of passivation:

Elettrocolouring

Elettrocolouring One of the most effective methods for staining aluminum is the method of electrocoloring.The artifact after being anodized is immersed in an acidic solution containing metal salts and subjected to an alternating current. In these conditions, metal deposits will be formed in the form of oxides in the porous structure of the oxidized film, producing the characteristic color of the used metal salt. The colors that can be obtained from this type of treatment are from stainless steel to black, depending on the time of exposure in the tank of the artifact.
